We specialize in designing manufacturing technology of composite parts, optimization of manufacturing technology, automation of processes and waste, minimization and reduction of energy consumption in composite parts manufacturing processes.

We specialize in innovative technologies of manufacturing composite parts from Forged Carbon material (Carbon SMC) with complex geometry. We have developed our own approach to the production of parts from this material, which allows us to create structures previously not achievable in this technology.
We implement projects based on technologies such as Vacuum Infusion, Prepreg Compression Moulding, Liquid Composite Moulding, Pultrusion, Automated Tape Laying and many others. We are experienced in using carbon, glass, aramid, basalt and natural fibers mainly in epoxy, bio and vinylester resin matrix.

About Us
Our origins come from nearly 20 years of working in Dresden, Germany, the Mecca of European composites and working on breakthrough renewable energy sources.
We were the first in the world to develop a mass production method to manufacture high strength hollow parts in Forged Carbon (Carbon SMC), ensuring that the fibers remain continuous without shearing or shortening, minimizing waste and reducing finishing time.
We have developed and introduced technology for the mass production of carbon components for bicycle frames, reducing costs and production time compared to all current technologies in the world.
We have developed technology to produce carbon profiles with variable external shape and cross-sectional area, modifying the already existing process and material to achieve the highest repeatability and quality of structure and surface.
